• Online therapy (also known as telehealth or virtual therapy) is therapy that takes place over the internet instead of in person.

It’s not for everyone, but lots of people like the convenience of joining from home or work without having to travel. Research indicates that online therapy is as effective as in-person treatment.

  • Please reach out to ask about my availability (see CONTACT page). If my caseload is full, I can add you to my waitlist.

When messaging me, please include insurance information and the state where you would access therapy.

  • Yes! I'm in network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS (formerly Empire BCBS), BCBS of Massachusetts (in NY), Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna. I’m not in network with EAPs. Please double check insurance when scheduling an initial appointment.

If I'm not in network with your plan but you have out-of-network benefits, I can give you a "superbill" to submit for reimbursement.

  • Check your insurance plan’s “explanation of benefits” or “summary plan description” for details about mental health coverage. If you don’t have it, your best option is to call the your plan directly.

  • $150/session

  • 55 minutes

  • I prefer to meet weekly at least to start. Building trust and rapport early on is critical, and more frequent sessions in the beginning promote continuity and enable us to address issues and challenges while they’re still fresh in your mind.

That said, I understand people have different needs and budgets, so we can talk about what’s best for you.

  • I’ll do my best to respect your time, so please be mindful of mine too.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoid a late cancellation/no show fee ($45 ).
